About The Beer

Duncan's Calamansi & Dragonfruit Sorbet Sour is a 4.5% release, built as a vivid, fruit driven sour with plenty of lift and refreshment. Filipino calamansi brings a lively citrus snap, dragonfruit adds a softer tropical note, and a splash of hibiscus brightens the whole beer beautifully.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Bright citrus, tropical fruit and a floral lift.
Palate: Tart, juicy and expressive, with calamansi bringing a mandarin and lime like zing alongside the softer sweetness of dragonfruit.
Finish: Clean, refreshing and vivid, with a bright sour edge that keeps it lively from first sip to last.
