Parkhill Cellars does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using this site you affirm that you are over the age of 18, and that the person receiving the shipment of alcohol products is over the age of 18. Note that in all circumstances, a person over the age of 18 must be available to take delivery of goods at the delivery address provided by you. Identification may be requested and the individual undertaking the delivery of goods reserves the right to request identification, as required under the responsible service of alcohol laws in the relevant local jurisdiction. Parkhill Cellars is not held liable in any way by your noncompliance with these requirements.

Parkhill Cellars supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is against the law to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000) and/or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700).

All orders are subject to the availability of stock. Parkhill Cellars retains the right to cancel orders subject to stock availability. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately via text and/or email, and refunded for the cost of the product. However, Parkhill Cellars does not accept responsibility for providing additional reimbursement for the cancellation of an order.

We cannot guarantee the specific vintage of any product listed on this website and we reserve the right to replace any product supplied with the same product from a different vintage. Parkhill Cellars does not provide warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness or suitability of the information regarding our products or services on this site. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur.

Parkhill Cellars will not offer any further discounts on products already advertised as a special or sale item.

In using the information we provide, you acknowledge that there may be inaccuracies or errors. To the fullest extent of the law, Parkhill Cellars excludes liability for such errors. We may choose to not fill any orders (or part of an order) that you have placed where the website contains errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, return policies, vintages and any other product information. We are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss in connection with use of this website or a linked website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and to refuse the sale of a product.

Delivery is available to most areas of mainland Australia. Completing a transaction on this website does not guarantee that we can deliver goods to the location specified on your order. Parkhill Cellars reserves the right to cancel any transaction should delivery to the associated address not be available under our arrangements with our shipping providers, or should it be prohibitively expensive to engage this service.

Any deliveries requiring re-delivery, or redirection from an address provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional charge.

All stock subject to availability and increases in government charges and wholesale prices.

Any images used on the www.parkhillcellars.com.au site are for illustrative purposes only and although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, these images may not be representative and should not be used as references for a product’s packaging, vintage, type of closure and colour etc.

All attempts will be made to ship items in original packaging. There may be instances where packaging can be damaged in transit. This includes products that Parkhill Cellars have received from suppliers. Minor label and/or packaging scuff is impossible to avoid in every instance, therefore we request that customers have realistic expectations in this regard. If you require a pristine example of the bottle and packaging please advise at the time of ordering and we will confirm the condition of the item(s) on hand and/or do our best to preferentially select the item(s). Alternatively, we recommend you visit the store to make your own selection.

We will take significant steps to confirm that all provided credit card and bank information is accurate, and that any claims of fault or defect in our products are genuine in alignment with our Returns Policy.

Parkhill Cellars reserve the right to request further information such as photo ID and credit card information for validation of age, identity and address for security purposes. Failure to comply with requests for further information may result in cancellation of the order in question.

Parkhill Cellars cannot deliver to every country. Please do not assume we can deliver to your country before placing your order. Please check our freight rates pages or contact us for a quote. Any international deliveries are subject to confirmation by Parkhill Cellars.

It is your responsibility to use the information provided on this site appropriately. In using this site you accept full responsibility for confirming that your chosen product or service meets your specific needs and preferences.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Returns Policy is in accordance with Australia Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
‘Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.’
Please note that once your order has been accepted & dispatched by Parkhill Cellars , we will not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on products.
In the event that your purchase is faulty or damaged or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase and at least ¾ remaining of the original faulty bottle. Please contact sales@parkhillcellars.com.au for arrangements to be made, or alternatively call 9328 1132 or come in store.

Delivery charges will be reimbursed to you if Parkhill Cellars are at fault i.e. faulty product, incorrect product delivered, or products damaged in transit. In all other instances including change of mind the delivery charge will not be reimbursed.
