My favourite spot to buy wine in North Melbourne. The range is brilliant, with plenty of interesting bottles you won't find in the big chains, and the staff genuinely know their stuff. Tell them what you like and they'll point you to something great every time. I love that it's a proper family-run local indie, and the prices are honestly good value for the quality on the shelves. Easiest to reach by tram or on foot rather than driving. Whether you know exactly what you want or just need a steer, it's a winner. Highly recommend.

Parkhill Cellars is one of those rare little gems that gets both the online shopping experience and personal service right.

I was looking for a special gift and needed a bit of guidance, and the whole process was so easy from start to finish. The website was simple to use, the range looked good, and when I reached out by email, I actually got a thoughtful reply from a real person (the owner) who took the time to make helpful suggestions.

It honestly felt like the kind of service you hope for from a local business, but do not always get. Friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and really easy to deal with.

I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Parkhill Cellars to anyone looking for great wine, helpful advice and that lovely feeling of being looked after. North Melbourne is lucky to have them.

Aramex however, delivered it around the side of the house, and put it on our bin. Our living area is at the front of the house. My husband was in the living area and had no idea it had been delivered.

I will certainly be asking, who businesses use as their courier, before buying online again.
