Mr Mick Rosé 2025 is a bright, modern Clare Valley rosé made in a lighter coloured style that still delivers plenty of flavour and drive. It’s crafted to honour Mr Mick’s original philosophy of making affordable wines for everyone to enjoy, balancing juicy red berry fruit with signature Clare Valley freshness.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Fresh strawberry, raspberry and cranberry, with Pink Lady apple, white peach and crunchy rhubarb.

Palate: Delicate red-berry fruit that lingers, kept tight and lively by crisp acidity.

Finish: Clean, long and refreshing, built to leave you reaching for another glass.

About the Winery / Producer / Region

Mr. Mick Wines is named after the late K.H. “Mr Mick” Knappstein, a Clare Valley wine figure and mentor to Tim Adams. The wines continue Mr Mick’s ethos, approachable, reliable and made to be enjoyed often, with the brand home at Dominic Street in Clare.
For the 2025 Rosé, the fruit was grown specifically for rosé at the Rogers vineyard, with Grenache and Sangiovese harvested for freshness, pressed quickly to minimise colour extraction, then fermented separately at cool temperatures before blending.
