Tasting Notes

Aroma: Blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry with notes of cedar, bay leaf and subtle spice.
Palate: Medium-bodied and composed, showing ripe dark fruit, finely integrated oak and supple tannins.
Finish: Clean, savoury and persistent with gentle graphite and spice notes.

Serving Suggestions

Serve at 16–18°C. A short decant will enhance aromatic detail and texture.
