About The Wine

Arras Origin South Brut Cuvée NV is a refined Tasmanian sparkling made from the classic trio of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. It is built in a fresh, complex style that balances bright citrus and orchard fruit with subtle brioche and creamy texture, making it a polished, versatile bottle with real cool-climate character. Extended lees ageing adds depth while preserving the wine’s energy and finesse.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Citrus, green apple, pear and gentle brioche complexity.

Palate: Bright and finely textured, with clean citrus, orchard fruit and a creamy mousse carrying through the palate.

Finish: Fresh, persistent and elegant, with lively acidity and a clean mineral edge.
