About The Whiskey

The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey is a full flavoured Australian whiskey built around spice, depth and character. Made from 100% unmalted rye, it delivers a richer and more assertive profile than many softer whiskey styles, with a medium bodied palate that balances rye spice against vanilla oak. This is a bold, cocktail friendly whiskey, but it also has the structure and complexity to enjoy neat or over ice.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Buttery dark rye bread, light toffee and lifted spice.

Palate: Caramel vanilla, sweet allspice, clove, pepper and green apple.

Finish: Dried red fruit, crème caramel and lingering woody spice.

The brand has built a strong reputation around a distinctly Australian rye style, with its Straight Rye recently highlighted as a gold medal winner at the International Wine & Spirit Competition for a second consecutive year.
