Frogmore Creek Sparkling Cuvée 2022 is a polished Tasmanian sparkling with plenty of freshness, but also enough richness and texture to make it feel a little special. Crisp apple and strawberry sit alongside citrus and gentle brioche notes, with fine bubbles and bright acidity keeping everything lively.

It is fresh enough for easy drinking, but there is also a lovely creamy feel through the palate that gives the wine more depth. This is a really good example of why Tasmania has become such a strong region for sparkling wine, with cool climate fruit, bright acidity and a clean, elegant finish.

A traditional method sparkling blend of 82/18% chardonnay/pinot noir sourced from the Coal River Valley. Pale straw with a bright, energetic bead and mousse. Aromas of citrus, red apple and peach fruits with hints of sea breeze, crushed stone, crème fraîche, proving bread, fresh pastries and a whiff of ozone.
