Konpira Maru Over & Over Pinot Noir 2025 is a bright, delicate and wonderfully expressive Victorian Pinot Noir from the cool, high altitude Whitlands Plateau above the King Valley. This is Pinot with freshness, lift and a savoury edge, light on its feet, silky in texture and full of gentle detail.

The 2025 release shows plum skin, blueberry, violet and earthy forest mushroom notes, making it a great pick for those who enjoy lighter bodied reds with character, freshness and a slightly wild, lo-fi charm. Best served lightly chilled or just below room temperature.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Plum skin, blueberry, violet, subtle savoury spice and a hint of cured meat.

Palate: Delicate and silky, with bright blue fruit, gentle acidity, soft tannins and earthy forest mushroom complexity.

Finish: Light, savoury and elegant, with lingering violet, plum and fresh earthy detail.

Serving Suggestions

Serve slightly chilled. Enjoy with charcuterie, mushroom risotto, roast chicken, duck, grilled vegetables, pork, pizza bianca or soft cheeses. This is also a brilliant red for warmer evenings when you want something lighter and more refreshing.
