Yeringberg Viognier 2023 is a distinctive, cool-climate expression from one of the Yarra Valley’s most revered estates. Fragrant yet composed, it delivers Viognier’s trademark aromatics with restraint and detail,balancing ripe stone fruit, gentle spice and a finely textured palate that stays fresh and precise.
Halliday Wine Companion - 96 Points
Barrel fermented and matured for 10 months in large-format oak. A bright green gold. A little more restrained, perhaps, than the '23 with its complex bouquet of perfectly ripened apricots, yellow apple, quince and acacia honey. The palate is gently opulent, layered and very well balanced, finishing focused and long. A delicious and heady white wine to enjoy over the next three or so years. Philip Rich

Aroma: Apricot, white peach and mandarin peel with notes of jasmine, honeysuckle and subtle spice.

Palate: Medium-bodied and textural, layering stone fruit and citrus with a savoury edge and beautifully judged richness.

Finish: Long, refined and persistent with lingering floral lift and gentle spice.
Serving Suggestions
Serve at 10–12°C. Time in the glass brings out extra aromatic detail and texture.
