Yeringberg Cabernet Blend 2023 is a beautifully composed, site driven red that captures the Yarra Valley’s hallmark balance: bright fruit definition, savoury complexity and fine boned structure. Cabernet leads the charge with dark berry fruit and graphite like tension, while traditional Bordeaux varieties add lift, texture and depth. Elegant rather than heavy, it’s a wine built on precision and longevity.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Blackcurrant, dark cherry and plum with notes of cedar, bay leaf, tobacco and subtle floral lift.
Palate: Medium-bodied and tightly framed, layering cassis and dark fruits with fine grained tannins, gentle spice and beautifully integrated oak.
Finish: Long, savoury and mineral tinged with persistent freshness and classical line.

Serving Suggestions

Serve at 16–18°C. Decanting will help the wine open and soften its youthful structure.
