Carefully blended from two longstanding sparkling puncheons alongside two younger Springflat Shiraz barrels. Each release is aged on its lees for 24 months using the Methode Champenoise, then disgorged and liqueured with a touch of wild Fortified Duck for extra character.With an alcohol content of around 15.0%, Sparkling Duck Part of a numbered release series—Duck 11 is a collectors' delight, making every bottle uniquely special.

Tasting Notes

Colour & Bubbles: Deep ruby with a vibrant bead that dances across the glass, coating every sip .

Aroma: Enticing layers of dark berries, cinnamon spice, leather, and rich mocha, entwined with creamy, yeasty notes from extended lees contact.

Palate: Intensely flavorful with plush cherry and blackcurrant, silky tannins, gentle earthiness, subtle oak spice—and a luxurious mousse that elevates each sip.
