West Cape Howe Mount Barker Pinot Noir 2025 is a bright, juicy Pinot with lovely red fruit, gentle spice and a smooth silky feel. It has plenty of flavour without becoming heavy, making it a really approachable Pinot for those who enjoy freshness and fruit rather than loads of oak or weight.

Cherry and raspberry lead the way, with darker berry fruit, pomegranate and subtle savoury spice adding a little more depth. Fresh acidity keeps everything lively, while soft tannins give the wine just enough structure. It is an easy Pinot to enjoy now, but there is enough going on here to keep every glass interesting.
