Crafted with 43% Pinot Bianco, 27% Malvasia d'Istria, 24% Friulano, and 6% Picolit, this wine was fermented using both wild and inoculated yeasts and aged for 8 months on lees. After blending, fining, and filtering, it was bottled and named in honor of the winemaker's mother, Grazia. Drawing from his north east Italian heritage, Mario Marson has created a wine that is complex, fresh, and full of layers and depth, encouraging another sip to fully appreciate its flavours. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with food and has already aged for 4 years with the potential for further development. Some may even consider it the Australian-Italian counterpart to Mount Mary's Triolet.
96/100 Gold Rating, Huon Hooke, the Real Review "This outstanding wine is a kind of ‘super Friulian’ blend, a mixture of pinot bianco, frulano, malvasiad’istria and picolit. It has a medium to full yellow colour and an extremely complex bouquet of nuts, spices and various fruit aromas skillfully entwined with barrel-fermented characteristics. A little positive bottle-age is the icing on top. In the mouth, its very rich and multi-layered, the finish long-lasting, cleansingly dry and satisfying. Seamless and concentrated, it’s a perfect example of the layered character that can be achieved by blending grape varieties, adding a patina of winemaking inputs. And the price is a gift."

Local deliveries are delivered directly by our store. Delivery is usually the same day if order is placed before 11am. Orders placed after 11am will be next day delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders of only Beer/Cider, Mixers and/or soft drink including slabs will attract a delivery fee and can only be ordered under local deliveries or Click & Collect.
