Tuerong Park Pinot Noir 2025 is a bright, coastal-style Pinot from the Mornington Peninsula, shaped for fragrance, purity and fine structure. It layers red berry fruit with gentle spice and savoury detail, finishing with silky tannins and a clean, persistent line.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Wild cherry and dark plum skin with five-spice, forest floor earth and a violet lift.

Palate: Medium bodied with a red berry core, vibrant acidity and silky tannins, carrying savoury persistence through the mid-palate.

Finish: Long and “crystalline”, with fine structure and lingering spice.

Food Pairing / Serving Suggestions

Great with duck, roast chicken, pork schnitzel, mushroom dishes, salami/charcuterie, or hard cheeses (pecorino, aged cheddar).
