For this Pinot Gris, fruit comes from Eden Valley, a high country South Australian region better known for Riesling but also well suited to refreshing white wines. The cooler conditions help preserve acidity and fragrance, while Pinot Gris brings pear, stone fruit and natural texture.

This wine captures the relaxed Troppo style beautifully. It is fresh, fun and unfussy, with enough texture and savoury detail to make it stand out from more conventional Pinot Gris.
