Trentham Estate Pinot Gris 2025 is a medium bodied dry white from the Murray Darling, made in a generous, fruit driven style. Pale green in the glass, it brings together floral lift, ripe orchard fruit and a soft, rounded palate, finishing with a subtle touch of sweetness that keeps the wine balanced and approachable.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Floral rosehip, green apple and spicy nashi pear.
Palate: Full, round and soft, with flavours of ripe nashi pear, honeysuckle and light tropical fruits.
Finish: Long and balanced, with a gentle hint of sweetness carrying through the close.

Winemaking

This 2025 Pinot Gris is made in a style that emphasises texture, ripe fruit and balance. The finished wine sits in the fuller, softer Gris spectrum, offering more roundness and a lightly sweet edge rather than a lean, sharply crisp profile.

About the Winery

Trentham Estate is a long established family producer based at Trentham Cliffs on the Murray River. The Murphy family has been farming in the region for decades, and the winery has built a strong reputation for reliable, well priced regional wines from the Murray Darling.
