Thick as Thieves Nebbiolo 2022 is a refined and expressive cool‑climate red that harmoniously blends Italian varietal heritage with the clarity and precision of Heathcote, Victoria.

Harvested from low‑yield vines rooted in Heathcote’s ancient Cambrian soils, this 2022 Nebbiolo opens with alluring scents of wild rose, black cherry, and tar. The palate is beautifully medium‑bodied yet firmly structured, delivering vibrant sour cherry, soft leather, and savory underbrush, all woven together with fine‑grained, sculpted tannins. Bright acidity and lifted spice notes add poise and persistence, leading to a lingering finish that echoes nuances of dried herbs and delicate earthiness. Best decanted for 30 minutes and served at 16–18°C to reveal full complexity.

Ideal for Nebbiolo lovers and fans of Barolo’s finesse, this wine is perfect for immediate enjoyment or graceful cellar ageing.
