Thick as Thieves Levings Pinot Noir 2021 is a refined cool‑climate expression that merges meticulous whole bunch winemaking with Yarra Valley’s fine clay terroir.

Hand-picked from their Home Block vineyard, this 2021 Levings was crafted via four open‑pot ferments, averaging 70% whole‑bunch, spending 22 days on skins, and matured in 25% new French oak. It scored a stunning 95 points from The Wine Front’s Gary Walsh and was praised for its cherry, strawberry, spice, and perfume, with coffee-bean earthiness, graphite-like tannins, cool acidity, and a long, spicy finish.Pair with Duck breast, mushroom risotto, roasted chicken, or aged cheese platters.

Serving Tip: Decant for 30+ minutes and serve at 15–17 °C to fully express its aromatics and structure.
