Tasting Notes:
The 2022 vintage presents a deep ruby red colour with garnet reflections. On the nose, it offers an intense and persistent bouquet of ripe red fruits, including cherry and blackberry, complemented by subtle floral notes and hints of spice. The palate is velvety and well-structured, with a harmonious balance of tannins and acidity, leading to a long, elegant finish.
Winemaking:
Produced using traditional methods, the grapes are carefully selected and fermented to preserve the purity of the fruit. The wine undergoes maturation in oak barrels, which imparts complexity and depth, enhancing its overall character .
