Ten Minutes By Tractor 10X Chardonnay 2025 is a fresh, polished Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay that captures the brightness and finesse the region does so well. The 2025 release shows lively citrus, white nectarine and perfumed floral notes, with a creamy palate shape and a gentle line of texture that keeps everything precise and balanced. It is a dry Chardonnay with 13.0% ABV and a vibrant, modern feel.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Bright citrus, white nectarine and perfumed floral notes.
Palate: Fresh and light on its feet, with a creamy mouthfeel, soft texture and flavours of citrus and stone fruit.
Finish: Fine and textural, with key lime and biscuit crumb notes adding grip and length.

Winemaking

The 2025 10X Chardonnay spent five months in oak, with 10% new French oak puncheons used in maturation. That élevage helps build the creamy texture and subtle biscuit-like detail while keeping the wine bright, dry and finely shaped.

Ten Minutes By Tractor is one of the Mornington Peninsula’s benchmark producers. The winery began in 1997 with three family owned vineyards in Main Ridge, all ten minutes apart by tractor, and has grown into a leading regional estate with a strong reputation for site-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. 

Cellaring Potential

Drinking beautifully now for its freshness and energy, with enough texture and balance to reward short term cellaring under good conditions. This is an inference based on the wine’s acidity, oak handling and overall structure.
