Stefano Lubiana Brut Reserve Sparkling NV is a refined Tasmanian sparkling made in the traditional method from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It is built around freshness, finesse and complexity, with reserve wines included in the blend to add extra depth and consistency. The result is a polished, creamy sparkling that balances bright fruit with savoury lees character beautifully. It is also commonly listed as organic, biodynamic and vegan friendly.

Aroma: Apple, citrus, toast, crushed almond and a gentle sea-air freshness.

Palate: Rich and finely textured, with lemon, nectarine, apple and cashew carried by a creamy mousse and lively acidity.

Finish: Long, savoury and elegant, with brioche, saline detail and a persistent fine bead.
