Soumah Orchards Vineyard Pinot Grigio 2025 is a bright and beautifully textural Yarra Valley white with a delicate copper salmon colour and plenty of fresh fruit character. Made in a dry style, it captures the charm of Pinot Grigio with extra texture, flavour and a clean refreshing finish.

The 2025 vintage shows green apple, honeydew melon, pear, citrus and spearmint, with fine natural acidity and a pithy, well balanced palate. It is crisp and lively enough for warm days, but has enough texture and personality to sit beautifully at the table.

About The Winery

Soumah is a Yarra Valley producer based in Gruyere, in one of Victoria’s most respected cool climate wine regions. The name Soumah comes from South of Maroondah, reflecting the estate’s location south of the Maroondah Highway.

The winery is inspired by the charm of northern Italy and the provenance of the Yarra Valley. Alongside classic Yarra Valley varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Soumah has become known for Italian inspired wines including Pinot Grigio, Nebbiolo, Brachetto, Marzemino and Savarro.

The Yarra Valley’s cool nights, rolling hills and long growing season suit Pinot Grigio beautifully. The variety develops fresh pear, apple, citrus and floral notes while retaining bright acidity. Soumah’s version adds texture and colour from careful handling, giving the wine a more expressive and interesting feel while staying dry, crisp and refreshing.
