Seeker Sundowner Old School IPA is a classic old school IPA with citrus, pine, caramel malt and bold bitterness. Brewed at 6.5% ABV, it brings back the richer malt character and assertive hop profile that made traditional American IPA such a memorable style.

The deep orange palate is rounded and satisfying, with caramel and toasted malt supporting bright grapefruit, tangerine, pine and resinous hop flavour. Firm bitterness gives it a proper old school edge, while the fuller malt backbone keeps the beer balanced and enjoyable.

This is a great choice for those who miss classic IPA with colour, malt depth and confident bitterness rather than a soft, sweet or heavily hazy profile.

About The Brewery And Region

Seeker Brewing is an independent brewery based in Unanderra, south of Wollongong in the Illawarra region of New South Wales. Set between the Wollongong coastline and the dramatic Illawarra escarpment, the brewery draws inspiration from the area’s surf, mountain trails, live music and adventurous outdoor culture.
