Seeker Afterglow Red IPA is a rich red IPA with chewy toffee, dried fruit and bold hop character. Brewed at 6.5% ABV, it combines the warmth and depth of darker malt with the freshness and bitterness of a modern IPA.

A layered malt blend gives Afterglow its deep ruby colour and rounded palate. Expect caramel and chewy toffee through the middle, with subtle dried fruit notes adding complexity. Assertive hop character provides freshness and balance, preventing the richer malt profile from feeling overly sweet.

This is a great choice for those who enjoy traditional red ales but want the added flavour, bitterness and intensity of an IPA. Its deeper colour and generous malt character also make it a satisfying alternative to lighter pale ales and hazy styles.

Seeker Brewing is an independent brewery based in Unanderra, south of Wollongong in the Illawarra region of New South Wales. Located between the Wollongong coastline and the dramatic Illawarra escarpment, the brewery draws inspiration from the region’s surf, mountain trails, live music and outdoor lifestyle.
