See Saw’s INCUBATOR “SAMM” 2023 is a creative small-batch release blending Sauvignon Blanc and Marsanne, crafted with skin contact for extra depth, colour and texture. Juicy, aromatic and lightly grippy, this is an exciting orange style wine from a certified organic producer in Orange, NSW. It’s refreshing yet layered perfect for adventurous drinkers and lovers of natural, textural whites.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Citrus peel, white nectarine, passionfruit, herbs, dried flowers and subtle spice.
Palate: Bright and energetic with tangy citrus, stone fruit, a gentle phenolic grip and savoury herbal complexity. Excellent balance between freshness and texture.
Finish: Clean, dry and lightly spicy with lingering citrus and a pleasant, subtle tannin edge.

Food Pairing / Serving Suggestions

Brilliant with Asian dishes, grilled prawns, mezze plates, soft cheeses, roast chicken, miso dishes or anything aromatic.
Serve slightly chilled (10–12°C) to highlight both fruit and texture.
