Ableforths Rumbullion Spiced Rum is rich, warming and packed with flavour. Built around full bodied Caribbean rum, it has a generous hit of Madagascan vanilla and orange peel, backed by cinnamon, clove and a touch of cardamom.

It is sweet and spicy without becoming one dimensional, with orange marmalade, vanilla, toffee and baking spice all coming through on the palate. There is enough weight and warmth to enjoy it neat, but it also works brilliantly in simple rum cocktails when you want plenty of flavour.
