Routin Red Vermouth is a beautifully complex aromatised wine crafted in Chambéry, France - the historic birthplace of vermouth. Made using over 24 Alpine herbs and spices, this red vermouth is deep, aromatic, and perfectly balanced between sweetness, spice, and gentle bitterness. It’s an essential for cocktails like Negronis and Manhattans, or simply enjoyed over ice as an aperitif. Best enjoyed fresh, refrigerate after opening and consume within 6–8 weeks to preserve its vibrant aroma and flavour.

Aroma: Dried fruits, vanilla, and cinnamon with hints of wormwood, cocoa, and orange peel.
Palate: Smooth and full-bodied, showing rich notes of caramel, cherry, and spiced herbs.
