About the Winery / Producer / Region

Punt Road is owned by the Napoleone family, third generation fruit growers in the Yarra Valley. Their Coldstream site is one of the historic vineyard locations in Victoria, first planted to vines by Hubert de Castella in 1860, with the Napoleone vineyard established on the property in 1987. Punt Road has built a strong reputation for consistently well made Yarra Valley wines, with the winery entering a new chapter in 2023 under winemaker Jarrod Johnson after Tim Shand’s long tenure.
