Pieropan Soave Classico 2025 is a fresh and beautifully textured Italian white made from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. Pear, white peach and citrus are joined by delicate floral notes, almond and a distinctive saline character.

The wine is made entirely from organically certified estate vineyards in the historic Soave Classico hills. The grapes are gently pressed before cool fermentation in glass lined concrete tanks, followed by maturation on fine lees for approximately five to nine months. This builds softness and depth while preserving freshness and purity.

About The Vineyards And Soave Classico

The Pieropan Soave Classico is drawn from hillside vineyards planted between approximately 100 and 300 metres above sea level. Vine ages range from six to sixty years, with plantings across volcanic and limestone soils that provide natural drainage and contribute mineral character and freshness.

Garganega makes up approximately 85 to 90 percent of the blend, bringing pear, citrus, almond and texture. Trebbiano di Soave contributes the remaining 10 to 15 percent, adding floral detail, acidity and precision. The grapes are harvested by hand, with Trebbiano generally picked from the middle of September and the later ripening Garganega collected during October.
