Pete’s Pure Prosecco is a clean, modern sparkling made for easy enjoyment,fresh, fruit driven and finished crisp. Produced by Duxton Vineyards in the Murray Darling, it’s a lively style with bright aromatics, balanced acidity and a fine bead that keeps every glass feeling zesty and moreish.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Green apple, grapefruit and lemon zest, with light floral lift.

Palate: Crunchy pear and Granny Smith apple with bright citrus fruit and a fine mousse.

Finish: Crisp, clean and refreshing.

Serving Suggestions

Great as an aperitif, or with natural oysters, grilled prawns, sushi/sashimi, salt and pepper calamari, or a fresh fruit platter.
