Peregrine Saddleback Pinot Noir 2023 is a pure, fruit focused Central Otago Pinot Noir with lovely concentration and immediate appeal. It is a luscious, expressive style that balances bright fruit with silky texture, making it an easy drinking but polished Pinot Noir with plenty of regional character. 

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Dark plum, blueberry, florals and a hint of spice.

Palate: Succulent and silky, with bright red and dark berry fruit, lovely texture and fresh natural balance.

Finish: Long, velvety and smooth, with lingering fruit and gentle spice through the close.

Serving Suggestions

A lovely match for roast duck, grilled chicken, mushroom dishes, pork loin or soft earthy cheeses. Its bright fruit and silky texture also make it a very easy Pinot Noir to enjoy on its own.
