About The Wine

PachaMama Chardonnay 2024 is a finely detailed Yarra Valley Chardonnay with freshness, texture and quiet intensity. Sourced from the Rising vineyard in St Andrews, it combines bright citrus and stone fruit with subtle oak influence and a clean mineral line, giving the wine both immediate appeal and plenty of shape through the palate. Partial malolactic fermentation and restrained new oak help keep the style polished, focused and very drinkable.

From the Rising vineyard in St. Andrews. Partial mlf and 10% new oak. Brightly coloured, with a subtle bouquet of nectarine, peel and light marine scents. This builds gradually on the palate before finishing with good tension and subtle spice. I can see this continuing to build and become more complex over the next six to 12 months. Philip Rich
