Experience the refined sophistication of the 2023 Pacha Mama Chardonnay, a testament to the Yarra Valley's exceptional terroir and meticulous winemaking. Crafted from the esteemed Murramong Vineyard in Gruyere, this Chardonnay embodies a harmonious blend of vibrant fruit, nuanced oak, and lively acidity.
Aromas of citrus blossoms and ripe stone fruits greet the nose, complemented by subtle hints of toasted oak. On the palate, flavors of crisp green apple and white peach intertwine with velvety creaminess, hazelnuts, and a touch of oak. The wine's lively acidity and minerality culminate in a long, citrus-driven finish. This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with seared pork chops in a creamy garlic mushroom sauce, fresh gooey cheese on toasted Turkish bread, or grilled seafood dishes.

From a single vineyard in Gruyere. Whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented in 15% new puncheons. Callie Jemmeson has a good feel for making chardonnay, and it shows on the complex bouquet of white peach, lemon zest, grilled hazelnuts and a soupçon of sea spray.
