Overeem Bourbon Cask Single Malt Whisky is a distinguished Australian whisky crafted by the renowned Overeem Distillery in Hobart, Tasmania. This expression showcases the distillery's commitment to quality and tradition, offering a rich and complex flavor profile that reflects Tasmania's unique terroir. Aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks, this expression offers layers of complexity due to our specific heavy toast and char cask treatment throughout the coopering process. Coconut and pineapple upfront, with burnt vanilla and citrus, caramelised banana, marshmallows and toasted oak.Finish with hints of Toffee apple, charred oak , light spice and coconut, medium length.

Nose: A harmonious blend of vanilla, caramel, and toasted coconut, with subtle hints of dried fruit and oak.
