About The Wine

Neudorf Tiritiri Chardonnay 2024 is a beautifully modern Chardonnay that balances freshness, texture and detail. Juicy summer stone fruit and citrus sit over a subtle salty, rockpool-like mineral line, while gentle lees work adds shape and roundness without taking away the wine’s brightness. It is sleek, balanced and highly drinkable, with the kind of polish that makes it feel special while still being very easy to enjoy.

About the Winery / Producer / Region

Neudorf is one of Nelson’s benchmark producers and has built an outstanding reputation for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Tim and Judy Finn planted the first vines in 1978, and the estate remains closely associated with thoughtful vineyard work, organic farming and wines that show textural finesse and site expression. Tiritiri sits within that story as a bright, beautifully judged Chardonnay from Nelson’s Moutere clay gravels and Waimea alluvial soils.

Cellaring Potential

Drinking beautifully now for its freshness and fruit clarity, with enough balance and structure to reward short to medium term cellaring under good conditions. This is a style built more around vibrancy and detail than long, extended ageing.
