With over 270 years of winemaking heritage, Moët & Chandon is one of the most renowned Champagne houses in the world, founded in 1743 by Claude Moët and famously favoured by royalty, nobility, and modern day connoisseurs alike. The 2015 Grand Vintage is the 76th in the house’s celebrated history of vintage releases. It is crafted from a refined blend of 44% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, and 24% Pinot Meunier, aged for over six years on lees and a further six months post disgorgement. With a low dosage of 5g/L, it offers a dry, refined finish and remarkable ageing potential.
Tasting Notes: Appearance: Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles
Aroma: Toasted brioche, citrus peel, white peach, almond, and spring blossom
Palate: Elegant and textured with flavours of ripe stone fruit, patisserie, and gentle spice. Creamy yet precise with a long, mineral finish.
