About the Producer

Maidenii Vermouth was founded in 2012 as a collaboration between award winning bartender Shaun Byrne and French born winemaker Gilles Lapalus. Combining winemaking expertise with mixology flair, Maidenii has redefined vermouth in Australia, showcasing native botanicals such as wattleseed and strawberry gum alongside traditional European influences. The result is a unique range of aperitifs now celebrated in cocktail bars and homes across the globe.
