La Sirène Oyster Praline Chocolate Stout is a rich, luscious stout brewed with real oyster shells and chocolate praline notes for a uniquely smooth and indulgent experience. Deep, velvety, and beautifully balanced, it’s unlike any stout you’ve had before.
This decadent brew blends roasted malts, creamy chocolate, subtle nuttiness, and a faint mineral salinity from the oyster shells enhancing body and depth without tasting “oceanic.” It’s dessert-like yet refined, offering layers of flavour that unfold with every sip.
A rare and experimental seasonal release brewed in limited batches and highly sought-after for its complexity and dessert-like richness. Best enjoyed fresh or slightly chilled.
