Konpira Maru Voltron 2025 is a fun, juicy and highly drinkable chilled red from the King Valley. Made from a blend of Italian and Rhône inspired varieties, it brings together bright fruit, savoury lift and soft texture in a style made for the fridge.

The 2025 release is light, fresh and full of energy, with strawberries and cream, raspberry, just ripe plum, subtle alpine herbs and clean acidity. It is the kind of red that works beautifully slightly chilled, especially when you want something bright, casual and easy to share.

About The Producer

Konpira Maru is an Australian wine project that began in 2014, built around small batch wines with minimal intervention and maximum care. The wines are playful, expressive and made with a strong focus on drinkability, working with growers across Victoria and Queensland.

Voltron captures the Konpira Maru personality perfectly. It brings several varieties and vineyard sites together into one bright, lively wine, with each component adding something different: colour, acidity, spice, red fruit, texture and freshness.

The King Valley is a natural home for this style. Its mix of cool climate influence, alpine freshness and Italian variety heritage makes it ideal for vibrant, lighter reds that can be served chilled. Voltron is made to be relaxed, refreshing and a little bit different, without losing balance or flavour.
