Crafted by the Jericho family using premium McLaren Vale fruit, this release delivers fragrant aromatics, plush fruit, and refined structure, a modern, polished Shiraz that’s effortless to drink yet seriously impressive.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Black cherry, blackberry and plum layered with violets, pepper, vanilla pod and gentle spice.
Palate: Medium to full bodied with silky tannins, vibrant dark fruit, subtle oak and a savoury, cool-climate edge. There’s great depth but also clarity and freshness.
Finish: Long, smooth and elegant with lingering dark berries and spice.

Food Pairing / Serving Suggestions

Perfect with lamb rump, pepper-crusted steak, mushroom pasta, roasted beetroot or hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C for optimal balance and finesse.

Winemakers Neal and Andrew Jericho focus on minimal intervention and gentle handling to let the fruit’s natural vibrancy shine.
