About The Wine 

Jericho Fiano 2025 is a bright, textural and beautifully refreshing Adelaide Hills white with plenty of tropical fruit lift and crisp acidity. Made with freshness in mind, it brings together pineapple, honeydew, pear, citrus and subtle almond like savoury detail.

Fermented in stainless steel and rested for four months on fine lees, this Fiano has lovely texture without losing its bright, clean finish. It is a great pick for those who enjoy aromatic whites with a little more body, spice and character than the usual everyday white.

From two sites at opposite ends of the Adelaide Hills GI: Kuitpo in the south, flanking McLaren Vale and Kersbrook in the north. Relying on the layers those two picks provide, the making is simple: cool in tank with four months on lees. Riper, more tropical notes mesh with cooler characters. The 2025 Fiano is sourced from two vineyards at opposite ends of the Adelaide Hills: Kersbrook in the north and Kuitpo in the south. The higher altitude of these sites helps slow ripening, preserving natural acidity and bright fruit flavour.

Fiano is an Italian white variety originally from Campania in southern Italy, and it has found a strong home in the Adelaide Hills. The region’s cool nights, elevated sites and varied vineyard conditions help produce Fiano with citrus freshness, tropical fruit, floral lift and savoury texture.
