Irvine Altitude Merlot Eden Valley – Irvine Wines was established back in 1983 by a visionary team who succeeded in putting Australian Merlot at the forefront of the world’s very best. Irvine is now re-emerging even stronger, led by a team that combines world-class Barossa winemaking and viticultural traditions with a track record of excellence in innovation.
Irvine Wines are one of the largest privately-owned premium grape growers in the Barossa with over 400 acres of premium Barossa and Eden Valley vineyards. Four generations of Miles’ family expertise ensures the fruit they grow is of the highest quality and harvested with precise timing.
The heart and soul of the Barossa lives in their lovingly nurtured Estate Vineyard wines. Cool climate, ancient soils, pristine fruit, slower ripening, fuller flavours: this wine is testament to their commitment to excellence and craftsmanship.
Fresh black fruit on the nose with undertones of violet and mocha. Layers of plum, blackberry and hints of chocolate make the palate complex yet refined. Delicate tannins. Drink now but will age gracefully over the next six to eight years.

Local deliveries are delivered directly by our store. Delivery is usually the same day if order is placed before 11am. Orders placed after 11am will be next day delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders of only Beer/Cider, Mixers and/or soft drink including slabs will attract a delivery fee and can only be ordered under local deliveries or Click & Collect.
