Holgate Premium Pilsner is a classic European-style lager that showcases patience, precision and over two decades of brewing expertise. Brewed since 2002 and a favourite at the Woodend pub from day one, this pilsner is cold fermented and lagered for longer to deliver exceptional clarity, balance and refreshment, a true premium lager for any occasion.

Pale gold, clear and sparkling, Holgate Premium Pilsner is dry with a medium body and a confident, forward bitterness kept beautifully in check. Extra care is taken at every stage, with slower, colder fermentation and extended cold maturation resulting in a beer that’s crisp, elegant and endlessly drinkable.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Subtle floral hops, fresh bread dough and clean lager notes.
Palate: Dry and crisp with balanced bitterness, soft malt sweetness and a medium-bodied mouthfeel.
