Herradura Blanco is the original expression from the esteemed Casa Herradura distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco where tequila has been produced since 1870. Made from 100% blue Weber agave, it delivers an authentic and vibrant taste for both sipping and mixing in cocktails .

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Crystal clear, with a subtle pale-straw tint reflecting minimal barrel contact
Nose: Fresh roasted agave, herbal and fermented fruit aromas, with hints of spearmint, citrus peel, and white pepper
Palate: Clean and smooth—bright agave flavor balanced with citrus zest, calming herbal notes, nutmeg and cinnamon spice, plus a creamy mouthfeel
Finish: Long, crisp, softly peppery, with lingering vanilla and herbal echoes

Details

Craftsmanship: Gloriously traditional, baked in clay ovens, roller-mill extraction, wild-yeast fermentation, and double distilled in pot stills.
Barrel Rested: Briefly rested for up to 45 days in American oak—a rare step for a blanco tequila adding a delicate vanilla and oak whisper while preserving clear agave intensity.
Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof): Offers a robust yet clean profile that amplifies both flavor and structure .
