Founder Keith Hentschke chose hillside Cabernet sites at Hentley Farm when Shiraz was the more obvious Barossa choice. That decision has helped create a Cabernet with a distinctive estate feel, showing dark fruit, savoury earth and firm structure.

This 2025 release captures the strength of the Barossa vintage, with powerful fruit, freshness and texture all working together. It is generous enough to enjoy now, but also has the shape to age well over the medium term.
