Heaps Normal built its name on non alcoholic beer, but High Hopes marks its first step into non alcoholic wine. Rather than rushing it out, the team spent years developing the wine and worked with the Australian Wine Research Institute to get the balance and texture right.

The fruit comes from the Hilltops region of New South Wales, with the wine made in a dry, Brut inspired Prosecco style. It is a smart move from Heaps Normal, especially for anyone who wants something sparkling and celebratory without opening a bottle of alcohol.
