Crafted from hand-harvested grapes in the foothills of the Vosges Mountains, this 2023 Réserve Pinot Gris unfolds aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and honeyed quince, underscored by gentle ginger spice. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and silky, offering layers of stone fruit, a touch of marzipan, and bright citrus lift. The wine’s balanced acidity and subtle minerality deliver a long, satisfying finish.
A stellar example of Alsace winemaking finesse, perfect for both food pairings and elegant sipping.
Can be aged for 5-8 years. Certified Organic.
