Geoff Weaver Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a beautifully composed Adelaide Hills white from old Lenswood vines. Fresh, fragrant and finely structured, it shows a more serious and textural side of Sauvignon Blanc, with lifted herbs, gentle spice, citrus freshness and a long savoury finish.

The 2025 vintage is lively and crisp, with fresh fruit richness through the middle palate and a bright acid line that keeps the wine clean and refreshing. There is no oak influence, allowing the purity of the Adelaide Hills fruit, fine texture and natural freshness to shine.

About The Winery

Geoff Weaver is one of the important names in Adelaide Hills wine, with a long focus on cool climate varieties grown at Lenswood. The vineyard sits high in the Adelaide Hills, where cool conditions, old low fertility soils and careful farming help produce Sauvignon Blanc with fragrance, freshness and depth.

Geoff and his family planted their first vines at Lenswood in the early 1980s, recognising the promise of the site for refined white wines. Over more than four decades, the vineyard has become closely associated with Sauvignon Blanc that is less obvious and more textural than many mainstream examples of the variety.

Lenswood is one of the Adelaide Hills’ standout areas for aromatic whites. The altitude, cool nights and long ripening season help preserve natural acidity while allowing flavour to develop slowly. In this wine, that gives a style that is bright and refreshing, but also layered, savoury and food friendly.
