G.E. Massenez Crème de Framboise is all about ripe raspberry flavour. It is rich, smooth and beautifully aromatic, with that lovely balance between sweet berry fruit and the gentle tartness that keeps raspberry from becoming too syrupy.

The texture is soft and velvety, with plenty of fresh raspberry character from start to finish. It works beautifully in cocktails, over ice or even poured over dessert if subtlety has left the building.

G.E Massenez has been making fruit liqueurs in Alsace since 1870 and knows exactly how to keep the fruit tasting like fruit rather than confectionery. This is a very handy bottle for cocktails, sparkling wine or anything that needs a proper hit of raspberry.

About The Producer

Distillerie Massenez is based in Alsace and has been producing eaux de vie, crèmes and fruit liqueurs since 1870. The family built its reputation around capturing the natural character of fruit, with raspberry having an especially important place in the Massenez story. Eugène Massenez was already distilling wild raspberry in 1913, long before raspberry cocktails started appearing on every second bar menu.

Today the house remains particularly well known for fruit spirits and liqueurs, with a strong presence in bars, restaurants and cocktail programs around the world. The focus is still on clean fruit flavour, balanced sweetness and proper texture rather than simply making everything taste like cordial.
